Participant Agreement & Media Release

01Educational Purpose

The Midlife Reboot Day is provided for educational, informational, networking, and personal and professional development purposes only. Nothing presented during the Event constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice. Julie Waas is a licensed attorney and member of The Florida Bar, however, she is not providing legal advice during The Midlife Reboot Day. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

02No Guarantee of Results

Julie Waas and Julie Waas Coaching make no guarantees regarding confidence, visibility, personal transformation, or any other specific outcome resulting from your participation in The Midlife Reboot Day.

03Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in The Midlife Reboot Day is voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with your participation, including personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, travel issues, food allergies, and interactions with attendees, speakers, panelists, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and venue staff. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Julie Waas and Julie Waas Coaching ("JWC") from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your attendance or participation in The Midlife Reboot Day, except where prohibited by applicable law.

04Personal Property

You are responsible for your own personal belongings, travel arrangements, accommodations, meals not included with your ticket, and other personal expenses associated with attending The Midlife Reboot Day. JWC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

05Event Schedule

We are committed to delivering The Midlife Reboot Day as advertised. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Event schedule may occasionally change. Any such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

06Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the published The Midlife Reboot Day Refund Policy in effect at the time of registration. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.

07Unforeseen Circumstances

JWC shall not be responsible for cancellations, postponements, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, power outages, venue issues, or other unforeseen events.

08Women-Only Event

The Midlife Reboot Day is designed as a women-only experience. JWC reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual whose attendance is inconsistent with the intended environment of the Event.

09Media Release

Photography, video, and audio recording will take place throughout The Midlife Reboot Day. By attending the Event, you grant JWC permission to photograph, record, and use your name, image, voice, likeness, and participation for marketing, promotional, educational, commercial, social media, website, and future Event purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where photography or recording is taking place whenever reasonably possible. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and acknowledge that all photographs, recordings, and related media are the sole property of JWC.

10Intellectual Property

All presentations, workbooks, handouts, slides, recordings, graphics, templates, digital resources, and other Event materials remain the exclusive property of JWC and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, shared, uploaded, sold, or transmitted without prior written permission.

11Code of Conduct

JWC is committed to providing a professional, respectful, welcoming, and supportive environment. Attendees agree to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the Event. JWC reserves the right to remove any attendee, without refund, whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the experience or safety of others.

12Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13Acceptance of Agreement

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Participant Agreement & Media Release.
